Local Run Manager supports users in the process of planning runs, sequencing, analysis, and viewing results.
When using IDT for Illumina Nextera DNA UD Indexes, use the Library Prep Kit Definition File or Import Sample Sheet appropriate for your library prep kit and sequencing read length. For read length changes, see the setup page for your sequencing instrument.
