Giovanna came to Illumina in 2005 looking to help shape the future of genomics as a systems engineer and project manager in Product Development. During this time, she worked on laboratory information management systems, developing oligonucleotide synthesizers and new arrays. She has since held management roles in Operations and Client Services. As the Associate Director of Library Prep, Giovanna manages a team of product managers that market products in the Illumina sequencing library prep portfolio.
