What BioInsight Platform Core delivers
Pipeline orchestration
New DRAGEN pipelines are available the moment they are released. You can bring your own proprietary Nextflow, CWL, and fully custom Docker containers. Import pipelines directly from Git repositories. Chain pipelines together, batch process up to thousands of samples, and auto-launch analysis when a run is complete. There are no manual uploads and no file transfers between steps.
DRAGEN toolkit
Access DRAGEN at two levels. Pre-built DRAGEN apps cover germline, somatic, RNA, methylation, joint genotyping, single-cell, spatial, and proteomics workflows. The toolkit layer exposes the building blocks underneath, including the multigenome mapper with pangenome reference, standalone variant callers, targeted callers, repeat expansion detection, and ORA compression. Everything is available through the CLI or API, so your team can deploy award-winning accuracy in the way that fits their workflows.
Data management

Launch JupyterLab workspaces with direct access to project data and pipelines in a flexible data science environment. Build custom analyses and visualizations in notebooks, then share them across your team through custom workspace images. Pricing is usage-based, and is measured in BioInsight Credits (BIC), where 1 BIC = $1 USD. You pay for pipeline execution (per task-hour), file storage (per TB-month), and workspace usage. Elastic compute scales to hundreds of thousands of concurrent tasks without provisioning surcharges. Volume discounts are available on 1-, 3-, or 5-year commitments. A real-time usage dashboard shows costs as they accrue.
