We will also be hosting a company lecture on Friday 22 May at 10:30 - 11:00 AM, titled Illumina TruPath Genome: chart a new path to impact by Konrad Scheffler. In this talk, Konrad Scheffler, Associate Director Bioinfomatics at Illumina, will introduce Illumina’s Proximity mapped read technology eliminating conventional library preparation and reconstructing long-range genomic context directly from standard short-read data, enabling phasing, accurate mapping in complex regions, and robust structural variant detection at scale.
