Webinar Overview

The evolution of technologies used to characterize hematological malignancies has driven progress in clinical cancer research. Starting with FISH, PCR and microarrays, rapid technology development has delivered powerful next-generation sequencing (NGS) tools which have the potential to transform clinical diagnostics.

Watch Prof. Richard Rosenquist Brandell present the whole genome sequencing work being done at SciLifeLab in Sweden to implement precision medicine at a national level.

“Clinical implementation of whole-genome sequencing in hematological malignancies Are we there yet?” recorded at EAHP (European Association for Haematopathology) 2018, Edinburgh.
