Details

Join this webinar to explore single-cell RNA sequencing workflow and its application in neuroscience research.

Learn how Illumina Single Cell 3' RNA Prep supports a scalable, microfluidics-free workflow for single-cell RNA sequencing.

Dr Gabriela Salinas will present research investigating how heart failure and chronic metoprolol treatment affect brain-cell populations and cellular communication in mice.

What you will learn

  • How the Illumina Single Cell 3' RNA Prep workflow works
  • Practical considerations for generating single-cell RNA-seq data
  • How single-cell analysis can characterize cellular heterogeneity and communication
  • How single-cell RNA sequencing can support neuroscience research
