GGP Bos Indicus HD leverages Illumina array technology and bovine base content with GeneSeek custom content for this genome-wide bovine genotyping array, featuring over 74,000 SNPs, for Bos indicus breeds. The GGP Bos Indicus HD Array uses the Infinium HD Ultra Assay.
