Researchers can design their own content panels for custom genotyping with the assistance of the Assay Design Tool (ADT). iSelect custom genotyping BeadChips offer the ability to interrogate genotyping markers (SNPs and insertions/deletions) for any species. The iSelect HTS 24-sample BeadChip can support up to 700,000 attempted beadtypes.
