TruSeq Synthetic Long-Read

The TruSeq Synthetic Long-Read DNA Library Prep kit and accompanying TruSeq Synthetic Long-Read DNA Barcode kit enable preparation of libraries for long-read assembly and phasing analysis. The TruSeq Synthetic Long-Read DNA Library Prep kit provides enough reagents to prepare 4 libraries. Each library requires at least 1 barcode plate. Depending upon the desired long read coverage, additional barcode plates are required for the long-read application.
