TruSeq Targeted RNA Expression Kits offer highly customizable mid- to high-plex gene expression profiling and validation for the MiSeq system. 

Custom panels available for Human, Mouse, or Rat.

To order either the fixed or custom targeted RNA panels:
Go to the TruSeq Targeted RNA Custom Products webpage, select the DesignStudio link.
Choose from a number of fixed panels, create a custom panel, or add custom content to a fixed or previously ordered custom panel.
Order a minimum of 48 or increments of 96 samples
Select one or more index kits: RT-401-1001, RT-402-1001, RT-402-1002, RT-402-1003, RT-402-1004 (See User Guide for more information)
