This webinar will introduce the latest versions of DRAGEN TSO 500 Analysis Software (v2.6.x) and Illumina Connected Insights (v5.4). We will walk through the DRAGEN TSO 500 workflow, including how to get started, launch an analysis, understanding the methods, and review the key outputs generated by the software. We will then demonstrate how these secondary analysis results can be seamlessly integrated into Illumina Connected Insights for variant interpretation, enabling users to efficiently translate genomic data into actionable insights.

Vijay completed his PhD in Applied Genomics at RMIT University, Australia, in 2017. As a Field Applications Scientist at Illumina, he provides application and bioinformatics support to customers across Australia and New Zealand. His expertise spans a broad range of next-generation sequencing (NGS) applications, with a particular focus on human genomics. He also has extensive experience with Illumina's informatics portfolio, including the DRAGEN secondary analysis platform and tertiary interpretation solutions such as Emedgene and Illumina Connected Insights (ICI).
