The TruSight One Expanded Sequencing Panel was developed under the same guiding principles as the original TruSight One panel with further optimization to improve coverage in regions known to show suboptimal performance. TruSight One Expanded Exome covers coding regions of 6794 genes and 16.6 Mb of genomic content. This panel includes VariantStudio, a powerful variant classification and reporting tool. This content can be easily sliced into smaller panels with VariantStudio resulting in the simplest and most accurate end-to-end sample-to-report workflow.
