The TruSight RNA Fusion Panel enables detection of known and novel fusion gene partners from different cancer types including solid tumors, soft tissue cancers, and hematological malignancies. This panel assays 507 genes that have been cited in public databases as being implicated for fusions associated with various cancers. The panel is compatible with FFPE tissue, accommodating as little as 10 ng of fresh-frozen total RNA input or 20ng of FFPE RNA input. The TruSight RNA Fusion Panel provides a sensitive, reproducible, and economical solution for gene fusion detection.
The protocol is optimized for 10–100 ng of human total RNA.
