Yuk Peng graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2007 majoring in Biomedical Sciences. She worked in a research lab as molecular biologist focused on the study of ion channels in the brains and hearts. She then moved to biotechnology company to provide technical support supporting both genomics and protein biochemistry products. Yuk Peng has joined Illumina as a Technical Application Scientist in December 2021.
