VeriSeq PGS Kit - MiSeq
The VeriSeq PGS Kit takes advantage of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology on the Illumina MiSeq System to provide comprehensive, accurate screening of all 24 chromosomes for selection of euploid embryos. Cells used in this system can come from various stages of embryo development: polar body 1; polar body 2; blastomere biopsy from day 3 embryos; trophectodermal (TE) biopsy from blastocysts. The use of NGS for preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) offers the opportunity for improved assay workflow, higher throughput, and enhanced performance.
