AmpliSeq for Illumina Colon and Lung Research Panel v2

This sequencing research panel analyzes hotspot and targeted regions of 22 genes implicated in colon and lung cancers.

Overview

This single pool research panel analyzes hotspot and targeted regions of 22 genes implicated in colon and lung cancers: KRASEGFRBRAFPIK3CAAKT1ERBB2PTENNRASSTK11MAP2K1ALKDDR2CTNNB1METTP53SMAD4FBXW7FGFR3NOTCH1ERBB4FGFR1, and FGFR2. For the NRAS and ALK genes, coverage includes key variants such as NRAS exon 4 ( p.117, p.146) and ALK (G1269A, p.S1206Y).
